Welcome to Evites! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, located at www.evites.co.za. By accessing this website and purchasing our digital products, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Overview
Evites specializes in customized digital invitations and greeting cards, including birthday cards, which are personalized to meet your specific needs. Upon purchase, customers will receive their digital products via both email and WhatsApp messaging.
3. Ordering & Payment
- All prices for our products are clearly displayed on the website.
- Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, we will begin working on your custom design.
- Upon completion, the final product will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp, using the contact details you provided during checkout.
- Payments must be made through the available methods on our website.
4. Digital Delivery
- Your order will be delivered digitally to the email address and WhatsApp number you provide during the ordering process.
- Please ensure all details provided are accurate to avoid delays or issues with receiving your order.
5. Revisions and Modifications
- We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, once you have received your final product, any additional changes requested will be subject to an additional fee.
- Modifications requested after delivery will be charged at 50% of the original order value. This applies to all changes, including but not limited to design adjustments, wording alterations, or formatting revisions.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Once a design has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- Cancellations must be requested before work begins on your order. Once customization has started, the order is non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs created by Evites are owned by us and are protected by copyright law. By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Reselling, redistributing, or altering our products for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
8. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided for customization (e.g., event details, names, etc.) is accurate. We are not responsible for any errors that result from incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Evites will not be liable for any damages that arise from the use of, or inability to use, our digital products, including any delivery delays or technical issues.
- While we aim to provide a seamless digital experience, we are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services (e.g., email providers, WhatsApp).
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa/KZN.
